For the 27th time, the Tango Festival Wuppertal invites you to the Tango Ball at the Historische Stadthalle. Bruna Lavaroni and Franco Lus organise the festival with experience, passion and a keen eye for detail. Look forward to an international audience, a festive atmosphere and an evening that makes tango in Wuppertal a truly special experience.
For many years, the festival has stood for style, quality and genuine encounters on the dance floor, with music, culture and moments that stay in your memory. Alongside the Tango Ball, additional tango evenings await you from 18 to 20 September at other venues.

After you submit your request, it will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation email with the bank transfer payment details. If it’s declined, we’ll look for an alternative together.
Tickets by post
Once payment has been received, the tickets will be sent to your address 14 days before 19 September 2026, and there’s nothing left to do except look forward to the Tangoball.
Orquesta Pasional live from Tangoball
With the Orquesta Pasional, the ball evening begins musically right where tango feels most powerful: live, close, and full of excitement. The concert from 20:00 to 20:45 sets the tone for the night. Afterwards, it flows seamlessly into live music for dancing, before the DJs (Classic & Neo) take over later on. This creates an evening that not only looks festive, but truly feels that way too.
