For the 27th time, the Tango Festival Wuppertal invites you to the Tango Ball at the Historische Stadthalle. Bruna Lavaroni and Franco Lus organise the festival with experience, passion and a keen eye for detail. Look forward to an international audience, a festive atmosphere and an evening that makes tango in Wuppertal a truly special experience.
For many years, the festival has stood for style, quality and genuine encounters on the dance floor, with music, culture and moments that stay in your memory. Alongside the Tango Ball, additional tango evenings await you from 18 to 20 September at other venues.

With Gustavo Naveira, an internationally experienced tango teacher joins the festival programme. In four workshops, he will focus on technique, movement, structure, and the different possibilities of Argentine Tango.

Once payment has been received, the tickets will be sent to your address 14 days before 19 September 2026, and there’s nothing left to do except look forward to the Tangoball.

La Royal Tango stands for an authentic, passionate interpretation of tango and is inspired by the spirit of the great orchestras of the Golden Era. The ensemble combines concert quality with a sound that works perfectly on the dance floor: clear structure, rhythm, and energy, ensuring that every tanda flows naturally. Their repertoire includes classics and great composers, as well as music that has shaped the milongas.
